For this project, we have redeveloped an entire floor. Our company has organized a waiting and rest area in the central section. Offices and meeting rooms have been located around the perimeter. We placed the reception behind a glass partition near the elevator.
Our interior design agency was engaged in the development of the necessary documentation and approvals of redevelopment. In addition, we have handled the supply of lighting, wallpaper and plumbing. Our designer has carried out the on-site supervision and has monitored the project implementation. Construction and repair work has been carried out by contractors hired by the customer.
We have designed the interior in the Art Deco style, using the wood, stone, glass and leather materials. The customer liked one of our projects. He chose an exquisite interior with a lot of polished details made of natural “Diospyros celebica” wood. The client was obsessed with an idea to organize his VIP office in the same style.
Doors, wall panels decorated with geometric patterns, furniture finished with polished natural macassar– all wooden interior elements were custom-made. To compensate the lack of natural lighting in the recreation area and visually “raise” the ceilings even higher, we used light structures.
